The short version
Your engineer sent you a link so you can hear their work, leave feedback, and approve mixes. Mixrounds is the platform they're using to run the project — think of us as their studio assistant. Your engineer decides what's in your project; we look after it on their behalf.
01 · Who

02 · What
The audio your engineer sent you, the comments you leave, your name and the email address they invited. Nothing more.
03 · Why
So you can hear the mix, leave timestamped feedback, and approve rounds. Your engineer decides what's in the project.
04 · How long
As long as the project is open, plus 90 days after your engineer marks it complete. You can ask for early deletion via your engineer or dpo@mixrounds.com.
05 · Rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Ask your engineer first — they control the data. If you can't reach them, we'll forward it.
